Green pixels after exporting from photo ai to Capture One

Hey,

since a few days I Remarque some green pixels when exporting as DNG from Topaz photo ai (version 2.1.4 and older version) to Capture One version 16.3.2.32
It is remarkable that the green pixels comes up when scaling or cropping between 60% and 100%.
When exporting to TIFF or other format, the green pixel are disappeared
