Thanks for sending that file in for our developers to review. I was able to replicate this behavior on my machine and have included this information for a development ticket to support this camera profile.
When I open a raw .dng photo from my Google pixel 9 phone the whole photo is green. I can’t seem to get rid of it. It goes through the workflow and when I save it still has the green tinge.
I have the same problem. I used to have it with Pixel 8 and always figured it would be handled but the problem remains the same now when I´ve upgraded to Pixel 9.
When I open a photo in Topas Photo AI from my Pixel camera (dng-format) the whole photo is green (like a filter is placed on top of the photo. It doesn´t matter if I open it directly in to Photo AI or if I open it from Lightroom.
Any idea when this problem will be adressed?
(Let me know if you need samples).
Unfortunately, that phone is not in our supported cameras. To edit the DNG files of this phone in Photo AI, you will have to convert the DNGs to TIFF or JPEG, and for future shoots, make sure to shoot in JPEG.
We have files on hand of this camera and the development team will look into its support.
