Topaz Video AI not designed to run on windows. Error status 0xc0000428

I see two programs that are having errors PC-Doctor and Total-AV as reported by windows. No reported errors from windows about gna.dll. Also your system is quite an old i5-9500 with only 8GB of system memory and no external GPU only the UHD 630 in the processor. You have a 25GB pagefile of which 10GB is being used which is a huge amount. First thing I’d suggest is removing crapware like pc-doctor etc etc EDIT: I’d suggest using the freeware version of Revo uninstaller
