I always make Gigapixel (under Photoshop) the smallest possible by making the standalone Gigapixel the smallest posible. Then when I start invoking Gigapixel (plugin - under Photoshop) , each time I invoke, the window of Gigapixel will get bigger by itself. Until I have to repeatedly make the window small again. This happens to any kind of image being processed by Photoshop.
Can you send a video of the issue? I don’t experience this on my end. You can use the program of your choice to do a screen recording:
-
We recommend using Loom, which is a great free application. Here is a link to their page explaining how to download and use Loom. Once your Loom recording is ready, you will get a link to the video. Please send me this link here.
-
If you prefer to use your own program or your phone, you can. You can send us the file attached to the email here. If the video file is too heavy, you can send it to our Dropbox .
Having a video of this behavior will really help us pinpoint where the issue is!
Hi,
I found out I can show you what is happening in just 3 images -
1st - I make the Gigapixel window the smalllest possible …
Then I close and open Gigapixel again …
Close and open one more time -
See that? Each time I close and open the window - it gets larger.

Ok, I see now, I tested and I can reproduce this as well. I’ll flag this to the development team and see what they can do.
Thank you for flagging this!
