Gigapixel v7.4.1 is not updating images or able to export

Hi there, I have just updated to the lates version of gigapixel AI. When I drag and drop in an image none of the AI models update the image, the auto does not work and the export image is not highlighted.

I’m having a similar problem. I can import, but the “Export Image” button is greyed-out. Mac version.

I’ve just updated my system to latest Mac OS and Gigapixel is now working.

by chance can you try updating your MacOS - looks like another user was able to resolve the issue by doing this.

I tried it on my laptop MacBook pro last night and will try on my iMac next.

I have updated my system to Sonama 14.6.1 on my iMac and Topaz Gigapixel is not working.

I drag the image in and it does not upscale the image in any of the AI models or using auto.

I have updated my system to Sonama 14.6.1 on my iMac and Topaz Gigapixel is not working like it has done on my macbook pro lap top.
I don’t quite understand why it would work on a laptop and not on my iMac running the same system.

I drag the image in and it is still not upscaling the image in any of the AI models or using auto. I need to use Gigapixel on my iMac.

Thank you for updating and letting me know.

To clarify, the Export button is still grayed out or it is enabled but now you cannot enhance any images?

At the moment we are still investigating since there are two different conflicts here.

Can you send me your system logs? You can save these files as a zip folder.

Yes the export button is still grayed out, same as before.

I have sent the system logs via support. I’ve been told it’s not safe to send them via here?

Up grading my iMac OS is not an option. It’s 10 years old. Big Sur is the best that it can do.

We just released v7.4.2 to resolve crashes and other issues from v7.4.1 - please go ahead and update.
