Gigapixel Update Runs for Hours on One Image

I was prompted today to update my Gigapixel to v 8.0.2. I had just completed upsizing 7 images that took about 20-30 mins to process. After the update I tried one image to compare the results. After over 2 hours the image was still processing (same settings as earlier in the day). I canceled and tried another image. After about 45 minutes I found that 7GB of disk space was in use and the process continued. I cancelled that image process as well.

Same problem here. Have been running Gigapixel 8 for 2 days on 1 single photo and it just seems hung up. Not sure what issue is

Upgraded from 7.03 to 8.02 Testing a single iPhone proRaw file 6048x8064. Minor resup to 6750x9000 using Redefine. Going on 36 hours now. The progress bar has been complete since the first hour or so.
Not hung, only using 4GB of memory and 16% CPU on a mew Mac mini M4Pro. Is this the expected timeframe for a single iPhone picture? Can I get a refund?

Just saw the post about version 8.0.3 that had some bug fixes. Installed the upgrade and loaded the image that was taking so long before. Preview is working for selected models. Except Redefine BETA. I clicked on the image for a preview window on the screen. After 10 minutes with no movement on the progress bar, I cancelled. Will probably keep this version but not use Redefine BETA.
