Gigapixel to photoshop creates semi transparent images

Mac latest OS, Photoshop latest version, Gigapixel latest version

After processing an image in Gigapixel and then saving it back to Photoshop the new Gigapixel layer has replaced the darker areas with transparency. The image looked fine in Gigapixel but is ruined in Photoshop. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the new release? It didn’t happen in earlier versions.

This issue was fixed with the release of Gigapixel version 8.3.1 the current version is 8.3.2 here’s link
