Gigapixel sits there with Scanning Image spinning for a long time

Hi. Using the latest version of GigaPixel, High Fidelity model and auto. It sits there spinning ‘scanning image’ indefinitely when it used to just work. It’s on Win 11, NVIDIA 3060ti.

When you write it, please include your Gigapixel logs so that I can take a closer look.

To get your log files, please open Gigapixel and go to Help > Open Log Folder. Once you see your Logs folder, right-click it and compress it.

Once compressed, please attach the .zip file to your email.

I’ll keep an eye out for it!
