Hello,

I have been trying to export/process a file to 2X originally 5662 pixels to 11324. I have tried several times now ,and the processing gets stuck at about 25% and doesn’t move at all. I’ve restarted the app, my computer, plenty of memory left, CPU is just fine. How long should I need to wait for this file to process? It’s not the most powerful, but no progress at all for 80 minutes is concerning.

Mac 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

try doing it in stages instead…your GPU/CPU ram is very low…16/32GB would be better…

Thanks, I changed the processing to CPU and was able to get it to work with “standard” but “high fidelity” will not progress.
