Just installed latest update and GP keeps crashing.
I tried redifine and recover and it starts to work then just closes down.

giga keeps crashing but photo AI works great.
is this some BS where Topaz wants me to buy photo AI since giga won’t work (I bought it 2 weeks ago)?
well, I am glad to wash my hands of Topaz products and scorch the earth about it.
updated osx and issue it now resolved
sorry but how do you update OSX anbd, if this is a MAC fix, what do Windows users do?

I was just sent a video by support to Delete CoreMLcache. This removes some model caches. It fixed it for my MacBook Pro M2

I’m relatively certain this is a facial recovery beta issue. When I turn facial recovery off, the app works just fine. But I have thus far been unable to use facial recovery
How did you close face recovery. I just purchased the software and cannot do anything without it crashing right after it opens. I hope there is a fix or a refund is in order. Day one not looking good.

Sorry, no. Thought you were on macOS as are most of those with the crashing issue.

try open nvidia desktop manager and restore your global settings, worked for me windows 11
