Since the new update yesterday every time I open gigapixel it starts to download models. Did it more than 10 times already.

The problem is likely that the download is failing part way through, and then when you reopen the app again later it starts again.
This is happening to me with the very big cpu recovery model, because I’m currently forced to download over an unstable wifi connection at the moment, and GP can’t resume failed downloads. Fortunately I don’t need that model to run the program.

We often find that this installation conflict is caused by a connection blocker such as an anti-virus application, VPN, or firewall.
I’d advise disabling such services and then reopening Gigapixel to allow the model installation to complete successfully.
After the installation is successful, test each model file individually, and after confirming you can then enable the applications once again.
