I received an email on September 5th that my account will be transitioned to the studio subscription with “Founder Status”, however that transition never seems to have been completed. Ever since then I’ve been having issues with cloud renders in Gigapixel, where they will fail with no specific error message but recently I’ve been getting “Unauthorized” errors and the renders fail immediately. My account page gives me no details or status on the state of the transition and I only received an in progress transition email but never got one saying it was completed. Can someone please take a look at this for me. Thanks!

With Millions of customers affected Topaz, could still be processing the Transitions but, after this amount of time I agree with you and it’s probably worth checking with support about the current state of your Transition here’s the link to contact Topaz Support directly
