Gigapixel Crashing

Gigapixel crashes when starting, Windows 11, Nvidia 3090 RTX 24GB VRAM, re-installed gigapixel, no help, sfc /scannow found no issues. I tried to uninstall Gigapixel but Uninstall.exe can’t be found, and add/remove programs doesn’t even show a valid icon for gigapixel. Here’s the crash event:

DeNoise still starts correctly, but Sharpen, Adjust, Studio, and JPEG to Raw, are also crashing when starting. All the Topaz uninstall entries have generic icons. This system was an upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 but “installing Windows 11 fresh” is absolutely not an option right now.
