Gigapixel crash - large resolution

I used to be able to upscale large resolution JPG (20.000 x 5714px), to 32.000 with Gigapixel, but lately it just crashes. This software just became useless to me. Too many bugs and crashes, all the freaking time. Horrible.

I’m with you, both on Gigapixel and Sharpen. Neither work at all anymore with large files. Either they crash constantly and consistently, or they take forever to render out images (TIFFs) that are unreadable by Photoshop. And, Topaz support has been…crickets.

Very frustrating to pay for software, have it fail, and have no support whatsoever.

Same with me. Crashes every time I try to use maximum resolution (32,000) or anything close to this. What is going on???

The same problem occurs with Gigapixel AI v6.3.3: maximum/heavy upscaling always crashes the software. The processing is running and is completed to 100% and then the program shuts down without saving the file. The problem does not occur for minor upscaling up to 2x.

Is this problem known? Any solutions?
