Says “Shortcut has been changed or moved and will no longer work properly”.
How can I open the program? It’s not listed in the pull down windows list? I have no idea of what happened to it?

Right click shortcut, select properties, then go to file location … see what it says?
Otherwise open the Topaz folder and set a link to the Gigapixel exe file to your desktop.
