Gigapixel AI isn't working at all and no support available

Hi,
nothing works with Gigapixel Ai, whatever I do, it crashes, immediately.
Also a new update and installation did’nt work.
Has anyone an idea how to contact the support? Is anything known about a bug or something?

This now is happening to me when I send from lightroom to Gigapixel it closes down on me now I can’t use it… what a waist of money.
is this your problem Topaz Labs?
