Gigapixel AI - external graphics card not being used

Apologies if this has been covered before.

I have just purchased Gigapixel AI. Although the Processing mode is GPU, the Intel HD graphics is being used. Here is the Graphics info from the Graphics info under the Help menu.

My external graphics, NVIDIA Quadro P2000 4GB GDRR5 128bits is used by Topaz Studio/Sharpen IA as shown by the Graphics info from these two apps.

I can’t give you precise instructions, but I think that you need to find your NVidia control panel whereby you can set which GPU the application (ie Gigapixel) will use by default; in this case, you obviously want the NVidia configured.

Maybe someone else can give you the exact instructions or you can possibly Google it. I’ve seen it posted, but don’t have it readily at hand.

Thanks jgr00ms2 for the quick reply, I found the NVidia control panel and that solved it.
