Hello, I have just bought Gigapixel AI and I want to batch-process about 100 images.
Unfortunately Gigapixel AI crashes everytime. I’ve moved the source images into a folder that is not synced by iCloud, I’ve renamed all files for shorter filenames, I’ve changed the output file size from 6x to 4x and changed the file format to jpg… no avail.
Here’s my hardware data:

I begin to wonder about the service hours of the support. I’ve been refreshing the support page for 15 hours now, and I have never seen a chat option. No answer here either. I am aware that I am not the center point of the universe, but well, this is one of my biggest concerns in life currently.
Since my initial post I have restarted my PC but that made no difference.
My source files are PNG generadet by MidJourney AI - I assume I am not the only one using Gigapixel AI for that.
So if anyone has a similar problem or if anyone even knows a solution or a way to circumvent this, I would really appreciate your reply.
