Gigapixel AI 6.3.3 constantly crashing

I’m using Gigipixel 6.3.3. As soon as I load a file, it crashes out. I cannot upgrade to the 7 series because my processor is not supported.

Any suggestions?

Could you tell me your system specs?

I’ll need the following information: CPU, GPU, RAM, and VRAM.

Intel Xeon X5660@2.8GhZ (24CPUs)

98304MB RAM

AMD FirePro W8100 w/8167 VRAM

I have re-installed it several times, and it appears to be working correctly.

The odd thing is it does not appear in the program list.

Great machine specs! If you have it installed, you should find it in the default installation location: C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI\

I’ve been incapacitated for a while, but I’m still having this problem. I open the program and it’s fine. As soon as I open a file and start performing transformations, it crashes. It’s installed in the default folder. I’m going to uninstall again and see what happens.

I believe I have a work around. I turned on Auto Update in preferences and it’s not crashing. When I would click on the update preview, that’s when it would crash.
