when using gigapixel AI 5.5.0/5.5.1 all my images are previewed and output to black images. specially anything in original resolution lower than 64x64 pixels (even if the resolution output is higher for example 256x256 still black) CPU is the only mode it works. GPU crashes on “downloading models 2%” and even if i let it an hour it wont download anything. my task manager shows no net activity, and i have a 60/120 MBPS (down/up) speed.
here a compressed file, with my log files, processed damaged images and originals if you wanna reproduce the error. i used low res and blur&noise reduction to 100 + reduce color bleed and run all the textures on batch.

Have you raised a support request at the main website? Usually these issues are caused by GPU drivers, try removing the current driver and installing the current Studio driver if NVIDIA or the equivalent with AMD.
