Is there somewhere that we can get more information on the noise suppression and blur removal functions? I checked the FAQ, but there’s nothing there on this subject even for the old versions.
My first few attempts at selecting settings for these were pretty much trial and error, and it would be nice to know what each one is actually doing rather than guessing.
By the titles it would seem that they are opposites of each other so you would use them as one or the other but not both. That would mean we have 5 steps of blur or sharpen control on either side of neutral, but perhaps that’s not how it works.
If they can both be used at the same time, does it blur out the noise first, and then sharpen what’s left behind?
