Gigapixel 8 fails completely after loading an image both direct or via Photoshop

Yep same for me from Lightroom

Same for me from Lightroom (not classic) Gigapixel 8 just sits there saying loading image

Try this, it worked for me:
Open Gigapixel - go to:
EDIT
SETTINGS
AI PROCESSOR - Change Auto to CPU
SAVE
