Not sure what’s happening in the background but I updated from Gigapixel 7.4 to the new Gigapixel 8 and now it crashes every time it tries to scan an image. The issue does not seem to be dependent on image size as it did it on a 5x7 image as well as a 72x48 image. However it seems to work fine up to the point of changing a model and it has to scan the image for the preview. Running brand new dell latitude laptop with 16gigs of ram and ultra 5 processor.
