Gigapixel 7.4.4 no AI - standard upscaling for all modes

Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900K (32 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Memory: 131072MB RAM
Used with Photoshop plugin. Photoshop 25.12.0
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Dedicated Memory: 24142 MB

Uninstalled 7.4.4 and installed Gigapixel 7.4.2 which works OK
Another workaround: upscale with Photo AI in two steps to get an image print file 30x22.5in @720dpi

Hi Terry,

Could you please send me your Gigapixel log files so I can investigate further? Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open Gigapixel.
  2. Click on the Help menu and select Open Log Folde r.
  3. In the Logs folder, select all the files, right-click, and choose Compress to create a .zip file.

Once the files are compressed, please attach the .zip file to an email addressed to help@topazlabs.com.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best,
