I just installed the latest update 7.4.1 and now I can’t save any results. The program lights up Compare and refuses to proceed to Export Image no matter what I do. Help! I’m wiped out until this is fixed/straightened out.
I have the same issue after updated to 7.4.1. Hope this issue to be resolved ASAP.

I don’t know. I do nothing. But suddenly the problem was gone. I just let the app open for a while without any interaction.
I can now save or export the result.

I’m actually having issues with the latest version 7.4.1. These issues started appearing since the last BETA feature on face reconstruction. For example, when I enable ‘Face recovery’, Gen. 2 BETA, whether in Realistic or Creative mode, the regeneration works wonderfully well around faces, but in the rest of the image, the model’s treatments simply don’t work. For instance, no Sharpen, Denoise, Fix compression. The image preview window just shows the original pixels, making it seem like a malfunction. It’s really frustrating. However, when I export the image with this BETA face reconstruction feature, the entire image is exported correctly. It’s really a problem with image visualization outside of the reconstructed face areas for me. My PC is running Windows 11, with Intel UHD Graphics and NVIDIA RTX 4060 graphics cards, 64 GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i9 14th Gen processor. I’d like to mention that I generate extremely large images, 24224 x 13632 px. An upgrade would be welcome soon to fix this issue for me and other problems for other users. Thanks to the Topaz team.
Same issue just upgraded to 7.4.1 and the preview never finishes rendering and can’t export any images
Has anyone found a solution for this? Or has it resolved by itself?
Nevermind, it resolved itself within around 30 minutes.
