My Gigapixel 7.0 does not work after I paid for the upgrade.
I also tried the registry edit trick but it does not work either.
This is unacceptable. The registry edit fix does not work for me since there is no topaz Gigapixel AI listed under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in my registry.
What is going on? Did we release software without doing any beta testing?
