Gigapixed v8.0.1 does not open Canon CR3 files

I just updated to v8.0.1 & tried to open an craw file from my Canon R5ii
The images open with a series of diagonal lines

Can send files if you’d like

I have the same problem. Canon R5II, Cr3 files, same lines.

The program is rendered Useless.
