When i set the resize mode on output factor 1.00 then must to be disable the filter “upscaling” . It run and run endless by a picture of 1600x2800px for upscaling by factor 1.00 and when to be changed anything (only the position of preview-picture) , it will to be run renewed. Factor 1.00 does’nt upscale, therfore nonsense.
Who should to wait so long for processing of one picture ?
Processing times in Gigapixel 7.2.0 is highly dependent on the machine the application is installed on.
Would you mind sharing your machines system profile so I can investigate any hardware complications causing the conflict?

I see that your NVIDIA T400 is below our recommended System Requirements for Gigapixel version 7.2.1 as the GPU has only 2gb of dedicated VRAM.
This is likely the cause of your greater than expected processing times when using Gigapixel.
I also noticed that your GPU driver was last updated on 01.12.2023.
I’d recommend installing the latest update for your GPU as this can help reduce processing times.
