Giga pixel AI crashes as soon as I load a picture

GPAI has surely worked on my PC. But I had not used it for a while and the shortcut I used said the prog was not installed. So I may have had trouble that I ran away from.

I have tried:

  • rebooting
  • reinstalling
  • installing older versions
  • other picture files and formats.
    Any help appreciated.

Here is my DXDiag. It may be OTT, but that is what is usually asked for.

Anyway dxdiag says I have 8GB of video RAM
Virtual memory is about 13GB

I actually tried to post a notepad txt of the DXDiag output and I am not sure how a “link” appeared in that, but I will go to support.
