Getting shaped artifacts in the background of my image

When im processing an image for raw noise reduction and sharpening by using the lightroom plugin im getting odd artifacts in the backgrounds of some images. They normally display as shapes. Squares or rectangles of a slightly different colour to the correct background colour. The sample images i have attached show the issue (the image with the red circle) and the non optimized image with the artifact doesn’t have the circle on it.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 open image in Lightroom, file plugin extra- process image in topaz photo AI

2. Step 2 Let Topaz do its thing. I notice it only needs to apply the raw denoise for the artifact to appear.
