The logs are showing the failed process is running out of space on the F drive where the original file is located.

The app is only seeing it as having about 18GB of free space not 3TB, is that a partitioned drive?

Thanks. No, not a partitioned Drive. both the F drive and the +3TB drive are externally connected. The application was referencing the drive with very little space to create the temp file and I didn’t know it was doing that, as I figured it would use the drive that I told it to save to. Once I discovered that was the problem, I was able to set the temp file to go to the same place as the final output file and that resolved the issue. I think that for newcomers such as myself and not being aware of any clear documentation mentioning temp files, etc. when first setting up the app causes a lot of frustration, because it doesn’t fail right away, so I spent a lot of time (a day) waiting for this file to output only to get an error. Maybe some key pointers in the form of setup instructions or video could have avoided that, and if there is one, as a newcomer, I don’t know what I don’t know so if I am not guided to that setup initially, if such document/instructions/video exists, I wasn’t aware of them.

I will let the team know that something like this can be confusing and it would be helpful to have a mention or tutorial about it for clarity.
