Get Error when invoking in LR from Plug-in Extra menu after update 2.3.0

After updating to V 2.3.0, when I try to invoke Photo AI from LR 5.7 Plug-in Extras menu, I now get an error message. See screen capture. Was working fine with previous version of Photo AI.

“Edit in” right click option still works.

Re-downloaded installation file from Topaz website and tried repair option - no joy. Next uninstalled Photo AI, cleaned registry with CCleaner, and re-installed - still no joy.
