Using version 7.4.3. Gen 2 produces an artefact around parts of the edge of the image. See to the right of man’s face. Also producing reddish spots on the faces. Gen 1 doesn’t do this. See below for before and after images and close up of issue along edge of image.

I was able to reproduce your results and I can see what you mean. Our Gen 2 Beta of Face Recovery is still a work in progress when it comes to side profiles of faces so that could be the reason that these additionally artifacts are showing.
Our team is definitely working on this. For the time being, it may be best to continuing using Gen 1 to improve sides of faces or profiles. Use Gen 2 for more straight on images where the entire face is visible.
