Running 3.0.4 and maybe 50% of the Nef files turn into garbage, when converting to DNG using autopilot. (See screenshot) The nef files open fine in both photoshop and Nikon software.
Currently the workaround is to do PS first and save as TIFF then do TPAI.
Works fine with my D7500 NEF files.
