Fresh install of 2.2.1 broken with Entry Point Not Found error
Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI [v2.2.1] on [Windows]
Where did you install it from?
Looks like it did not install in your programs.
You are not talking to Topaz staff here, this is a users forum.
With the MSI file: TopazPhotoAI-2.2.1.msi
The .dll does indeed exist on the OS in that location, the entry point error typically suggests an error with the .DLL itself.
You could try uninstalling it, remove all Topaz files and then reinstall it.
Already tried that before reaching out for help.

I did at the time of writing this post, they must be enjoying their holidays still 
I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve already reinstalled Topaz Photo AI, run DISM CheckHealth and System File Checker, and attempted to re-register the .dll file.

Let’s try updating you to the most recent version release to see if this resolves the issue.
Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also, make sure there are no settings or configurations in your OS system that could interfere.
