Frequent Crashing on Mac

I’m not a tech head - I’ve looked at some of the posts here re:crashing but unsure if any of them pertain to me.

I upgraded to Video AI 3.5.0; I’m on a Mac operating OS 13.6. I’ve never had any issues with this program until now - I just upgraded the software and my OS the other day and now crashes galore.

I find that somewhere around 70% finished on a deinterlace and upscale operation, the system crashes, and my computer restarts. I have 40 GB of RAM going, so I don’t think it’s that. I’ve been keeping the files smaller just in case - no more than a minute or two. I’ve shut off the preview function to save on file size.

I’m not sure what else to do. Wait for a bug fix update?

Could you send us a note at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport.tar.gz” file to your reply.
