Freezing and not able to operate

It doest work after I done with one photo. Then it frozen, I tried to restart and delete. It come in same problem. I can’t upload new picture or shown new one.
I am disappointed with this because I pay lot amount to do this.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1- Restart
  2. Step 2- None
  3. Step 3- delete app and download- same problem

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Mac] my Mac is M1 chip 2020
also it won’t show feature what am I on?
