Freezes at 100% when increasing frame rate and gives error message when using stabilization?

1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
   When increasing frame rate from 24 to 60, the process is very fast but then gets stuck at 100% and never finishes.
   When using “stabilization” an immediate “error” message shows with a red “X”
