When upscaling footage shot at night, a frame will freeze for a fraction of a second before edits. I’ve tried this with every setting and it still doesn’t resolve the problem. has anyone else had this issue?

Can you share a screen recording of the behavior?
Oftentimes it is easiest to share a screen recording for issues like this to quickly show me exactly what is happening. I use Loom for screen recordings since this is a free and easy to use app.(
