I have been using Topaz Video AI 5.x for the past year to convert movies that are in a .mkv file @ 23.976 fps with great success. However, since I have upgraded to 6.0.1, I am now getting a frame rate stutter that I do not know how to fix. The stutter seems to happen every few seconds where the frame jumps. Is there a new setting that I am not aware of to convert 1080p to 4K with video that is recorded at 23.976 fps?
I use V6.01 for RheaXL only now, for all others jobs V5.3.6. Since they implemented mplayer, TVAI is bugged. Topaz Video AI 6.0.1 - #34 by Mayday
