We did a 30 minute livestream, and the end result on YouTube had massively low framerate, looking lilke 7 fps. I downloaded the file from YouTube (no local recording), and it says 1280x720@30, but whatever we originally fed it is nowhere near 30 fps.
I’m not expecting it to look perfect, but wondering if anyone has recommendations for best settings to try and make it a bit more watchable. Shots are mostly tight at a lectern, or wide audience reaction.
is the video VFR or CFR, check with MediaInfo. When it’s CFR import it into Virtualdub an check frame by frame, when you have double frames YT did this
I did my first render using only Frame Interpolation: Aion, with settings Duplicate Frame: Replace, and Sensitivity 10. It makes a difference, but ends up making audio lip sync look off, thought that might be something that’s not defeatable. Will try one or two other options, throught the day, though I think it ends up taking around 5 hours.
