This is not a bug that is producing an error per se, I have just noticed that when upscaling 24 fps footage, or upscaling footage to 24 fps, the resulting frame rate is never exactly 24 fps. Its anywhere from 24.01-24.11 fps. While this is not the biggest deal for most people its not the best if someone asks for 24fps footage and you can’t give them exactly that. Or I have to take an extra step and re-render it in a video editor. There are no log files as no error was produced. My system is a Mac m1 air laptop 16gb ram.
