I’m attempting to upscale some episodes of an old TV show that was only ever released on DVD for personal use. I have frame interpolation off, but the resulting output file is always reduced from 29.97 to 24.15 FPS. After that the output playback is jerky and stuttering regardless of the system I use to play it back.
I’ve wasted hours trying to get this to work. Please help.

It is possible there is an issue with the original source video coming in and being misread by the app which is causing the frame rate change.
Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team for review? support@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
