Frame Joining into Video using Video AI

Basically can support for joining batches of frames into a video file be a feature added to Toopaz Video AI, to support this use case:
Using Video AI to separate a video into its individual image frames then batch process in Topaz Photo AI (or Gigapixel) then joining the exported processed images back together in Topaz Video AI? (main use case is for when Video AI just isn’t good enough, or in cases where certain inconsistent behavior in the videos or Topaz Video AI would be better served by a more manual approach-such as in various dynamic shots that just won’t let Video AI enhance them properly.)

Generative model for video

The new generative models for Gigapixel are quite impressive. While it would likely take a good deal of processing time, there isn’t, as far as I’m aware, any video/temporally stable generative model way to enhance videos. The results of single frames processed via the “recover” model in Gigapixel look MUCH better than any frame processed by even the latest Rhea model in TVAI.

And then my solution

From my experience a mere imitation of what you what can slowly, very slowly be achieved by dumping all the frames using Topaz Video Ai’s image frame (Encoder Image Format) export option then batch processing them all with (in my case) Topaz Photo AI and then reassembling with a video editor like DaVinci Resolve since Topaz Video AI can’t do this (or maybe it can, I have an old 3.0.12 version.)

Video AI can import an image sequence into the app as long as the files are sequentially numbered with the same name.
