Frame Interpolation Ai Models Apollo and Aion Cannot Output Files with 60FPS or 50FPS, stuck at 14.97FPS. Input selections are correct.

Using Topaz Video Ai at Version 1.1.0

These Frame Interpolation Ai Models are at default values.

This behavior occurs regardless if using Frame Interpolation as its own process or when using in conjunction with Enhancement Ai Models.

I have not tested with any other Frame Interpolation Ai Models.

Also frame interpolation from for example 23.976/24/29.97 to 60fps give variable frame rate. this bug was never finally fixed since mplayer implemention. But when you do 25->50 or 30->60 etc. everything is ok, then I get CFR as it should be.

To replicate the bug just take a 29.97 source and go to for example 50 or 60fps or what ever, then check output result with MediaInfo

Hi there, thx 4 the info, already tested at 29.97fps source and fails to create 60fps output file, locks at 14.97fps. I have sent log file to Topaz Ai Video support, awaiting outcome thx vb

Quickly looking over the logs it loosk like the metadata on the original source is showing that it was shot at 15.09 fps and has a tbr value of 15.

Can you send the original source to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and include the link to this forum post?

Hi Kyle, thx 4 getting back to me.

As requested, I have attached the mp4 ANDROID mobile original source / unaltered file. It has 30fps.
