You sent me an email stating that I was eligible for the free AI upgrade so I downloaded the upgrade. I opened photo AI and it told me I need to activate/purchase a license. I followed what I thought was backing up the version to what I had and now, I can’t open photo AI at all. I don’t care about the upgrade. I need to use this tonight for a patent illustration and the app is no longer on my PC. What the actual f#ck?
