Every time I login to Topaz Video 1.3.0, or any newer version, it invalidates my login of Topaz Video AI 7.1.5.
I’m not trying to run them at the same time. I just happen to want to try some of the new things in Topaz Video, but do all my serious processing in Topaz Video AI 7.1.3.
I should be able to login to Topaz Video 1.4.0 without it affecting the login status of Topaz Video AI 7.
The two apps should not be canceling each other out when launching, however, I did have another user send me their logs yesterday and a video showing this same situation.
Can you send me the logs from both apps to put in front of the devs to see what is going on? The tokens should be stored in separate file paths and not being overwritten when launching the other app.
Just double checked this with 1.5.0. Still the exact same behavior.
