Focus fix hangs

When I use focus fix it always hangs after the downscale and never goes to the upscale. I have tried many many times and its usless, broken. Then all my PC frezzes up and nothing works on my pc, I have to force a close down.

The DxDiag report you shared shows a 1660 GTX but the logs are showing a RTX 4070 in the latest processing attempts.

I replaced the 1660 last week to the 4070, I just copied the specs over the old file.
