Hi,
I’m suddenly getting ‘fmpeg.exe application has been blocked from accessing graphics’ on my Windows 11 notification (image 1). It pops up after I get an error on processing on Topaz AI (image 2).
Does anyone know how to fix it or why it occurs?
Are you able to share the app’s logs so we can look into this?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
