I think water often enhances flower shots. Where I live it doesn’t rain much so a spray bottle with water in it does the trick.

This is great! I love the darker, sorta under-exposed moodiness of this. Wonderful clarity on the droplets and love the way the edge vignetting (burning?) keeps the attn primarily on the central flower. Very artistic.

Some macro photographers I’ve taken workshops with also recommended glycerine… I guess it doesn’t move or dissipate as much as H20.
